ABOUT
EAST END LAND PLANNING (EELP) is a private consulting firm that provides services including, but not limited to: full permitting, feasibility and due diligence studies, small scale drafting services, site plans, re-vegetation, green development and landscape plans. We resolve client issues around coastal erosion, dune restoration, docks and bulkheads and road abandonments. We have a long-standing and strong working relationship with east end government agencies, architects, surveyors, attorneys, realtors, engineers and builders. EELP provides a personalized approach to each project.
EELP conducts business in the Towns of East Hampton (East Hampton, Amagansett, The Springs, Montauk and Wainscott), Southampton (Southampton, Bridgehampton, Noyac, Sag Harbor, Sagaponack and Watermill), East Hampton Village and Sag Harbor Village. We work with all relevant agencies including: Building, Zoning and Planning Departments; Environmental Conservation, Natural Resources, Trustees and Architectural Review Board, New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, Suffolk County Department of Health Services, and Department of Public Works.
Katie Osiecki, MS Sustainable Design
Grew up on the East End of Long Island and is deeply committed to her community. She graduated from Pierson High School, received a B.A. in Environmental Design, Policy and Planning from the University of Stony Brook and a Masters in Sustainable Design from the University of Florida's Graduate School of Architecture. She is certified in LEED AP BD+C (Building Construction and Design), BPI BA (Building Analyst), RESNET HERS Rater, and Energy Star.
Katie has worked in project management, property management, and land planning services. She is active in local politics and volunteer organizations. She is a past Captain and current volunteer for Ocean Rescue, and a recipient of the Carnegie Hero Award.
