EAST END LAND PLANNING (EELP) is a private consulting firm that provides services including, but not limited to: full permitting, feasibility and due diligence studies, small scale drafting services, site plans, re-vegetation, green development and landscape plans. We resolve client issues around coastal erosion, dune restoration, docks and bulkheads and road abandonments. We have a long-standing and strong working relationship with east end government agencies, architects, surveyors, attorneys, realtors, engineers and builders.
